Jypsy only played percussion before and was finally given a chance to learn an instrument 2014. Currently she plays 6 instruments including Bass and Rythm guitar, keys, percussion, Harmonica and flute.

After making "The Voice" in 2013, Jypsy decided to drop the competition and pursue her own music career as an independent artist.

The Long Story

On fire on stage, Jypsy Rose brings Texas Music back to life.  Finally discovering her gypsy heritage, with a soulful singing style Jypsy has made an imprint on the world as an artist, a storyteller and an entertainer. The fearless woman who will tell you 'Janis Joplin is my jams'. With musical genius  composing/producing her own material,  Jypsy sets a new bar for entertainers everywhere.

Jypsy was a girl performing in a family wedding when she stopped to have children and get married, but the marriage didn't work out for a free spirited girl who wanted to sing to the world so Jypsy came back to the stage in 2013 when the death of her daughter shook her awake and she remembered where she belonged.  Wild Cactus Rose was the name of her first country band which immediately  ranked #1 in Worldwide Country charts and Independent Artist charts, and #1 in New Zealand in 2014, which lead to the break up of the band and the launch of her solo career. 2015 was the rebirth of JYPSY ROSE the world will never forget.

Acting:
Having studied Theater in a private school under the late Linda Lawrence-Winters from 2010-12, Jypsy brings her theatrical experience to the stage. Roles in:
