Living a gypsy life is not as easy as you think.  Sometimes a venue doesn't offer a room to stay in, sometimes it offers barely enough to pay the band and as the name on the poster, you have to just suck it up and "break a leg" as they say.  There once was a time when we camped out on the bare beach in Florida Keys and slept with the sand fleas.  I don't recommend this lifestyle to anyone who doesn't love music that much.
